The Versailles peace conference in 1918 and 1919 was organized to create solutions to the problems from World War 1. These negotiations lasted very long, because from each one country had very different solutions to the problems at hand. There were 27 nations represented in the Peace talks. This made it complicated to keep each countrys specific requests.
The conference had begun and the important Powers, including Germany were prohibited from attending the peace negotiations, because the other nations wanted to hold forth Germanys fate. The countries that led the conference were France, Italy, the get together States, and Great Brittan.
